Eric Sigurdson co-leads the Russell Reynolds Associates Technology Officers Practice with experience recruiting information technology professionals across all industries. As a senior member in the firm’s technology sector, Eric also has experience serving software and business services clients, recruiting CEOs, Presidents, COOs and division General Managers as well as functional executives in sales, marketing, finance, legal and business development. Eric is also a member of the firm’s Digital Transformation practice focusing on recruiting technology leaders who have led transformative initiatives in Social, Mobile, Cloud, Information Security and Big Data.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 1995, Eric spent 11 years with the IBM Corporation, where he held a broad range of positions in marketing, sales and management.
Eric received his B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
