Vladimir Ramirez is an International Management and Business Development Executive with 23 years of successful experience in global business and banking technology. He has worked with banks in more than 40 countries around the world. Currently, he works at Ab Initio Software helping senior IT leaders in the Americas and Europe solve their most complex data computing problems.
Prior to joining the inaugural Executive MBA class of 2012 at MIT Sloan, he confounded a social entrepreneurship firm in Latin America focused on software and BPO development. Mr. Ramirez began his career in New York where he held positions of Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Head of Worldwide Sales and Vice President of Business Development for the Americas & EMEA for multiple enterprise software companies. He is fluent in English, Spanish and French, and currently lives in Cambridge, MA.
